Our Philosophy on Fees 

Logic Wealth Management is a fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm.  We seek to align our interests with that of our clients by not accepting commissions from outside sources.  This alleviates conflicts of interest because the success of the firm hinges not on the products sold, but on the satisfaction and growth of the client and their wealth.

Portfolio Management Fees

Fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and are withdrawn from client accounts on a quarterly basis.  This is the most common fee structure and is modeled for clients who mainly use our portfolio management services.  Most portfolio management fees are 1.00% or less with a $1,000 minimum fee annually.  The minimum annual fee and portfolio management fee is negotiable depending on many factors including, but not limited to, asset allocation and size of account.

Annual Retainer Fees

Fees are based on the complexity of a client's finances as well as the number and length of reviews per year.  A typical retainer model would range from 1-4 meetings lasting 1-4 hours each.  The retainer fee starts at $1,000 and increases with the time commitment.  This fee arrangement is suitable for the client that wants an ongoing relationship with Logic Wealth Management, but would prefer to manage their only investment porftolio directly.  Logic Wealth Management will advise on a non-discretionary basis and will not have authority to act on a client's behalf for any purpose including trading in the client's acccounts.

Hourly Fees

Fees are based on a hourly rate of $150, but may be negotiable in some circumstances.  This fee structure is for project-oriented work such as company retirement plan evaluations or cost basis retrieval for inherited securities.  An estimate will be provided with the assumed number of hours needed to complete the project.
